      I mill Vittoria Organic coffee beans in my Thermomix, 200 g for 30 seconds on speed 10

      I heat my water to 85 degrees and drip filter.

      Very nice.

      Great tasting, requires a very fine grind and hard to slow down extraction however when you get the sweet spot it’s very nice
