Why Arabica instead of Robusta?

What is specialty coffee?

Regardless of whether it's a blend or single origin, coffee can only qualify as specialty grade when it scores 80 or above out of 100 on the Q scale. Certified experts evaluate its quality from the green bean stage through to roasting and tasting, known as 'cupping'.
