Grown along the Melkaliti river that runs through the village of Tore Badiya in Abaya county, this coffee delivers a syrupy body and delicate acidity that is suited to filter brewing methods.
This coffee is grown between 1,800m and 2,100m and is hand picked before being fully washed at the Tore Badiya station. It is sun-dried, and covered throughout the hottest parts of the day.
